April is Stress Awareness Month in the UK. To mark this, the Mental Health Support Team in Schools has produced a really helpful document, “What To Do When You Feel Stressed”. Health and Emotional Wellbeing
If you have concerns about your child’s physical or mental health your first port of call is your GP. Please also consider these resources, all of which are free. Just click on the relevant link.
Free, safe, online counselling with qualified therapists until 10:00pm at night. This service has been commissioned by the Borough of Poole and Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group and is supported by CAMHS.
